Mobile Medical Massage

Just a quiet space roughly the size of a yoga mat (about 6x10 feet). I bring everything else: a professional massage table, fresh linens, hot stone equipment, and all supplies. Many clients use their living room, a spare bedroom, or even a shaded patio area when weather permits.

Most clients notice meaningful improvement during or immediately after their first session — less pain, better range of motion, a sense of release in chronically tight areas. For pain patterns that have built up over months or years, a series of sessions produces the most enduring results. I'll give you an honest assessment during your first visit.

Chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain (especially desk-related and postural), sciatica, hip tightness, tension headaches, TMJ/jaw tension, and pain from repetitive activities or old injuries. The techniques I use are especially effective for stubborn knots, trigger points, and fascial restrictions that haven't responded to other approaches.

I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer the time to another person who may be in pain and waiting. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, but I'm always reasonable — life happens, and I approach every situation with understanding.

Wear whatever makes you comfortable. During the session, you'll be professionally draped with linens — only the area being worked on is uncovered. I can work effectively over loose, comfortable clothing — shorts and a t-shirt are ideal and allow for more flexibility during any stretching we incorporate.
